激うま♫さっぱり爽やか「レアチーズケーキ」の作り方～Rare cheese cake

●材料
ビスケット：12枚
バター：45ｇ
クリームチーズ：200ｇ
グラニュー糖：70ｇ
ヨーグルト：150ｇ
ゼラチン：4ｇ
水：15ｃｃ
生クリーム：200ｃｃ
グラニュー糖：10ｇ

●作り方
➀ビスケットをタッパの中に入れ、めん棒で細かく砕きます
➁溶かしバターを入れ、馴染むまで混ぜます
➂ホールケーキ型にビスケットを入れ、コップで押し固めます
➃型を冷蔵庫に入れ、冷やし固めます
➄クリームチーズは常温に戻します。固い場合は600ｗ20秒間温め、なめらかにします
➅グラニュー糖を入れ、トロっとした感じになるまで混ぜます
➆水切りしていないヨーグルトを入れ、固形が無くなるまで混ぜます
⑧ゼラチンに水を加え、ふやかします
⑨氷水が入ったボウルに別ボウルを入れ、生クリームとグラニュー糖を入れ、緩く泡立てます
⑩クリームチーズに生クリームを入れ、ホイッパーで混ぜ合わせます
⑪ふやかしたゼラチンを600ｗ10秒温め、クリームと混ぜ合わせます
⑫冷蔵庫から冷やした型を取り出し、型に生地を流し込みます
⑬冷蔵庫で一晩寝かします
⑭コップの上に型を置き、温かいタオルで型の周りを温め、型を外します
⑮パレットナイフでクッキー生地と型を外します

● Materials
Biscuits: 12 sheets
Butter: 45g

● How to make
➀ Put the biscuits in the tapper and crush them with a rolling pin.
➁ Add melted butter and mix until blended.
➂ Put the biscuits in the whole cake mold and compact with a cup.
➃ Put the mold in the refrigerator and let it cool and harden.
➄ Return the cream cheese to room temperature. If it is hard, warm it for 600w for 20 seconds to make it smooth.
➅ Add granulated sugar and mix until it feels fluffy.
➆ Add undrained yogurt and mix until solids are gone.
⑧ Add water to gelatin to make it soak.
⑨ Put another bowl in a bowl of ice water, add fresh cream and granulated sugar, and whisk loosely.
⑩ Put fresh cream in cream cheese and mix with a whipper.
⑪ Warm the soft gelatin for 600w for 10 seconds and mix it with the cream.
⑫ Take out the chilled mold from the refrigerator and pour the dough into the mold.
⑬ Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight
⑭ Place the mold on the cup, warm the area around the mold with a warm towel, and remove the mold.
⑮ Remove the cookie dough and mold with a palette knife
